What You’ll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Retail Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face of our store, helping customers—both English and non-English speakers—find the right phone, plan, or accessory, all while delivering top-notch service. You’ll use your language abilities, communication skills, passion for technology, and customer-first mindset to:

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals with confidence
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel understood, valued, and supported in their preferred language
• Recommend plans, devices, and solutions tailored to each customer’s needs
• Stay informed on the latest wireless trends and product knowledge to best guide bilingual customers
• Assist with store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and promotions
• Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, high-energy workplace

We’re Looking For...

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of customer service or retail experience preferred
• A friendly, energetic personality and a team-first attitude
• Strong bilingual communication skills (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
