What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily store operations, mentor your team, and maintain a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. Your leadership skills and customer-first mindset will help you:

  • Set and surpass monthly sales goals by leading from the front
  • Develop and coach sales associates to expand their product knowledge and enhance customer service
  • Create an inviting atmosphere where customers feel valued and well-supported
  • Manage all store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and promotions
  • Stay current on wireless trends and product offerings to keep your team informed

We’re Looking For...

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Retail or customer service background (2+ years preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
  • A friendly, energetic personality and a team-first attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
