What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Store Assistant Manager, you’ll partner with store leadership to drive sales, inspire your team, and maintain a positive customer experience. Drawing on your leadership abilities and customer-focused mindset, you’ll:

  • Lead by example to hit and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Coach and mentor sales associates to develop their product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Ensure a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and well-supported
  • Assist in store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and promotional activities
  • Stay informed on the latest wireless trends and product offerings to keep your team updated
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain a high-energy workplace that fosters growth and development

We’re Looking For...

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • A friendly, energetic personality and a team-first attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
