What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our store, helping customers find the right phone, plan, or accessory—all while delivering the best experience in wireless. You'll use your communication skills, love for tech, and customer-first mindset to:

• Hit and exceed monthly sales goals with confidence
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel understood and valued
• Recommend plans, devices, and solutions to meet each customer’s needs
• Stay up to date on the latest wireless trends and product knowledge
• Support store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and promotions
• Work closely with your team to create a positive, high-energy workplace

We’re Looking For...

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of customer service or retail experience preferred
• A friendly, energetic personality and a team-first attitude
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
